Clinic Administrative Executive (Oncology/Hematology)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Clinic Administrative Executive to support daily operations in a specialist oncology/hematology clinic. This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to manage patient interactions professionally, and experience in handling medical claims and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations including handling phone enquiries, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and referrals
  • Collect and maintain accurate patient personal and medical information in electronic systems
  • Coordinate and process insurance approvals and outpatient claims
  • Perform billing and cashier duties, including collection of payments through various modes
  • Maintain clinic petty cash, track expenses, and perform bank reconciliation
  • Liaise with insurance companies regarding claims and approvals
  • Assist in all administrative aspects of claims processing
  • Manage inventory of clinic supplies and coordinate ordering when necessary
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment
  • Provide general administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an outpatient oncology or hematology clinic setting
  • Experience in oncology/hematology-related Mediclaim submissions is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages to support a diverse patient base
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with basic medical terminology
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in clerical, administrative, and inventory management tasks
