Description
Job Responsibilities

To ensure communication, scheduling, documentation, and purchasing run smoothly between the eBar team and managed Basic Administrative Support

  • Prepare staff rosters and attendance records
  • Handle purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Monitor stock ordering and delivery and receiving schedules
  • Update SOPs, forms, and documentation eg ECC etc
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance requirements
  • Assist with F&B operational coordination
  • Coordinate daily Caffe operations with Executive Chef & Operations Manager
  • Support opening preparation and operational timelines
  • Liaise with procurement and suppliers
  • Assist in serving dishes when required and support daily outlet operations.
  • Menu maker, uploading of menu and pictures timely.
  • Handling and coordinating event enquires
  • Other administrative duties assigned by the manager
Preferences
  • Food & Beverage experience is required.
  • Job Skills: Data Entry, Filing / Document Management, Microsoft Office
  • Job languages: English, Chinese (Mandarin)
