Job Summary
You will be the business line leader to drive revenue growth for Specimen Management. The incumbent will identify growth pockets, manage strategic initiatives, lead marketing activities, develop digital transformation/omnichannel region-led campaigns, conduct financial/funnel reportings, and be the product Voice of Region towards WW Business Line Leader of Specimen Management Portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
Responsible for region marketing plan creation and execution, in line with WW vision for Specimen Management Develop strategies and concrete action plans to strengthen core business, and identify additional growth drivers through marketing research, market sizing, and customer VOCs; Identify growth opportunities, market shaping need, and partner countries to drive necessary changes for revenue growth Lead portfolio performance reporting to SM marketing director and WW Business Line leaders, including but not limited to monthly reporting, quarterly projections, ASR
New Product Launch
Lead NPI region roll-out and launch plans in key identified countries, from registration to post-sale activities
Product Management
Ensure optimal product mix, portfolio floor GP% adherence, instrumentation/consumables supply, EOL planning and execution
Solution Selling: SM Focus
Solution enabler for SM portfolio, focusing on growth drivers in SM markets Build credibility as Voice of Region for portfolios via maintaining thorough product and country knowledge, ensuring continual feedback loop with WW and Country BLs/Marketing Leads
Digital Transformation
Drive digital transformation by leading omnichannel campaigns on region-level Ensure country follow-up on leads generated from region-led campaigns Partner agencies for collaterals creation/adaptation Partner with cross functional teams to pilot innovative platforms into region
Data Analytics & Technology
Financial, supply, pricing analysis leveraging platforms e.g. PowerBI, SAP or SFDC.com
Funnel Management
Lead SFDC.com funnel monitoring in line with budget and projections Create SFDC reports on key instrument funnel
Qualifications, Required Knowledge & Experience
Degree in Science or Business Management Minimum 7 years' of relevant experience Strong business acumen with good understanding of P&L, with ability to translate financial information into commercial and marketing strategies for revenue growth Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, SFDC.com Strategic thinking, meticulous and organized in strategy deployment. Effective communication skills Results oriented and highly motivated to succeed. Enthusiastic, independent with great team spirit. Ability to interact well with all levels of associate within country and region to drive revenue generation and smooth business operations.
