In-House Barista, Singapore

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented In-House Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our in-house café, crafting quality beverages, engaging with employees, delivering consistent service excellence, and working in a fast-paced café environment.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.
• Deliver a warm and professional service to create an exceptional consumer experience.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and café environment.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Stay updated on café promotions and menu offerings to engage employees effectively.
• Train and guide part-timers when required.

• Able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
• Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• At least 1-2 years of prior barista experience in a café or F&B environment, with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations preferred.
• Able to work independently when required and as a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
