Lead and execute the sales strategy across Singapore and the wider SEA region Drive new business development while expanding existing key accounts Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract negotiation Collaborate closely with global pre-sales and engineering teams to develop technical solutions Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of large-scale capital equipment projects Strengthen relationships with multinational clients and strategic partners Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and contribution to regional growth targets
Anforderungsprofil
8+ years of senior sales experience within solution-based, capital equipment environments Proven track record selling complex, high-value projects in intralogistics, automation, or material handling Strong technical understanding of warehouse automation, software-driven systems, or engineered solutions Experience managing regional sales strategies and multi-country customer portfolios Ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders and sophisticated buying teams Commercially astute with strong negotiation and contract management capabilities Comfortable working in matrix organisations with remote technical and pre-sales teams
