about the job Ensure accurate processing of opening, closure and data maintenance for the bank's clients, agents and counterparty Ensure onboarding welcome pack processed and sent to clients Review of documents submitted by front office Process client's change in circumstance and amendments on the account Ensure document deficiencies are accurately tracked and escalated Assist in name searches for Compliance and Legal team Provide quality service to clients and internal stakeholders
