Job Scope Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure residents receive proper care based on their needs Maintain administrative standards, including medication handling, accurate records, and ordering supplies Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, sharing information and solving care-related issues Assess residents and contribute clinical input for care plans and case discussions Supervise and support junior nurses in their daily tasks Represent the Home professionally when dealing with external parties (e.g., doctors, auditors, officials) Ensure medical equipment is available, functional, and properly maintained Protect resident confidentiality through proper handling and auditing of records Maintain high standards of care in line with professional and regulatory guidelines Assist visiting doctors and support teleconsultations Perform any other duties assigned by the Superintendent Job Requirements: Registered with Singapore Nursing Board Diploma / Degree in Nursing At least 2 years of nursing experience 2 shift rotations Check out for more details Interested applicants may email your updated resume to (HIDDEN TEXT).
