about the company A foreign bank with strong presence in the APAC market and a mandate to increase its loan presence in Singapore and APAC region about the job Understanding client needs and achieve effective discussion to influence wallet share Collaborating with product partners in generating and cross-selling corporate banking solutions to serve client needs and generate maximum income for the Bank to meet individual and team targets, following the Bank's strategic directions Staying compliant to regulations and Bank policies and ESG guidelines Managing origination & execution transactions of bilateral, club and syndicated loans, real estate financing, M&A and project financing Establishing connections for potential club and syndicated loans in primary as well as secondary markets Preparing of credit proposals and periodic credit reviews by stipulated deadlines Attending to internal and external audit, AML/ KYC matters, conducting market and industry research, mitigating all risks Escalating issues to reduce risk exposure of the Bank about the manager/team You'll be part of a dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture. skills and experience Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Banking & Finance and Economics 5+ years of experience in corporate banking with trade finance, real estate financing, loan syndications, club and bilateral deals and credit analysis
