. Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Partners, Directors to Managers assigned under his/her portfolio . Undertake various administrative tasks such as secretarial support, billings, travel bookings, meeting room bookings, upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis etc . Process billings and managing the billing process . Carry out recovery activities with due diligence within prescribed standard operating procedures to minimize delinquency and ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines . May be required to prepare statement of accounts, monthly ageing reports and/or any other adhoc reports as requested . Maintain 'live' or up to date status reports, and provide the reports to managers upon requests . Communicate actively with the respective internal stakeholders . May be required to prepare simple analytical reports when necessary . Assist in preparation of presentation materials, reports . Provide status updates on files and track progress using in-house database . Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned including support to members of the team
