Job Scope Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret project data generate reports and dashboards to monitor performance provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables develop project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth execution. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and propose strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain project schedules, budget plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes with accuracy and timeliness. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders provide timely updates, reports, and status information.
Job Qualifications Degree holder with excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. At least 1 year of experience in a banking industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional stakeholder engagement. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy. Proven ability to manage workloads effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver results independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and ideally Access) familiarity with internet security best practices.
