Organize Workflow: Ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks Resource Planning: Organize manpower and resources to execute production schedules, ensuring output meets quality standards Communication: Facilitate information flow between upper management and employees Performance Improvement: Utilize data analytics to enhance production performance and derive impactful insights from big data Leadership: Lead the team towards digital transformation, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability
