Senior/Machine Control Software Engineer (semicon/mfg), Singapore

What you'll be doing Design, develop, and implement robust machine control software for complex manufacturing equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with hardware components
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in production environments
Continuously optimize and enhance existing software systems to improve performance and reliability
Document code, processes, and procedures to ensure maintainability and traceability
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in machine control software engineering
What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in machine control software development, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing sectors
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, and PLC programming
Strong understanding of real-time embedded systems, control theory, and industrial automation protocols
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex software issues
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation
