JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities: To perform general Project administration & support project daily operations Attending Phone Calls Manage Main Contractor & Sub-contractor claim Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship Estimate construction cost in competitive manner Monitor monthly progress Evaluation of price comparison summary
Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel) Able to work under fast paced environment Able to start work immediately Must have at least 2 years' experience in the Construction Industry
