Deals - Corporate Finance Senior Manager, Singapore

We are seeking an Senior Manager level person to join our Corporate Finance services. This role involves delivering innovative deal solutions to clients, providing advice and support from initiation through to deal completion.

• Lead advisor to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, take‑overs, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance work.
• Independently run and deliver pitches and engagements under the overall guidance of the Corporate Finance Partners.
• Manage deal origination, execution, and project management tasks.
• Provide strategic advisory support across the entire deal continuum.

• University degree(s) and/or MBA qualifications.
• Minimum 8 years of professional transaction experience with investment banks or corporate finance houses.
• Proven experience and success in deal origination, deal execution and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and evaluation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Self‑starter with high initiative, positive attitude and strong organisational skills.
