Customer Service Coordinator (Training Provided) - Logistic, Singapore

Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,600 Working Days: Mon to Fri: 9:00am - 5:30pm Alt Sat: 9am - 1pm Address: Toh Guan (Jurong) Responsibilities: Provide customer service support via phone and email. Preparing of shipping document and import/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed. Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities. Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries. Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies. Performing of general housekeeping within the workplace and maintaining of a safe working environment. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
