Logistic Coordinator, Singapore

Job Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Understand customer requirements and coordinate logistics arrangements to ensure all delivery needs are fulfilled. Liaise with appointed service providers to secure freight space and ensure smooth shipment planning. Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are properly packed and ready for collection. Prepare and verify all shipping documentation for both international shipments and domestic deliveries. Support any ad-hoc warehouse and logistics-related tasks as required. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents. Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics.
