. Cashiering duties . Guide residents to make S&CC payment on e-platforms . Attend to residents on feedback matters as part of the front line customer service team . Assist in cases creation in the system . Follow up with residents on the progress of the cases that have been attended by the estate team or other department (case by case) prior closing it in the system . Liaise with other team members from other departments pertaining to the feedback or queries cases . Assist with Facilities Booking matters . House visits . Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
