Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Entrepreneurship) - Ctr for …, Singapore

We are looking for a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer who is passionate about driving entrepreneurship education. The role involves designing and delivering engaging content in entrepreneurship, innovation, and life skills across PFP, PET, and CET tracks, facilitating the full entrepreneurship learning journey from ideation to venture development, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset in learners. The staff will also collaborate with stakeholders to integrate entrepreneurship into curricula, support learner development activities, and contribute to programme improvement and institution-wide initiatives.

• Job Scope / Description: Design and deliver engaging entrepreneurship, innovation, life skills learning content for PFP, PET and CET learners. Facilitate entrepreneurship learning, including opportunity identification, problem solving, business ideation, prototyping, pitching and venture development.
• Support learners in developing an entrepreneurial mindset, including creativity, resilience, initiative, adaptability and critical thinking.
• Apply effective pedagogies, digital tools and AI-enabled platforms to support active, project‑based and authentic learning experiences.
• Collaborate with schools and other stakeholders to infuse entrepreneurship, innovation and Life Skills content into curriculum and programmes.
• Plan and support entrepreneurship‑related initiatives, workshops, competitions, mentoring sessions, showcases and learner development activities.
• Analyse programme data and learner feedback to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and support research related to entrepreneurship education and Life Skills.
• Contribute to department‑level and NYP‑wide events, committees, workgroups, taskforces and other academic or administrative duties.

• Strong interest and relevant experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, business development, start‑ups, intrapreneurship or related areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate, coach and mentor diverse learners.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging learner‑centred experiences, including project‑based, experiential and authentic learning activities.
• Good IT skills and competence in using online tools, digital platforms and AI‑enabled tools for teaching, facilitation and content design.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data and feedback to evaluate programme effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues, schools, industry partners and other stakeholders.
• Good organisational and project management skills, especially in coordinating programmes, workshops, events and stakeholder engagements.
• Effective interpersonal skills in managing relationships with learners, parents, colleagues, internal stakeholders and external partners.
