We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate in Distribution Sales Support – Compensation to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, support process improvements, and manage distributor-related requests within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage ad hoc payment requests ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Develop and automate working templates and reports using VBA and Microsoft Excel Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries and issues Participate in projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required Process income statement requests from distributors within SLA Handle additional ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2+ years of experience in distribution channel compensation or similar finance/accounting roles in the insurance industry Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA scripting and report automation Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders Ability to support process improvements and adapt to changing priorities
