Job Title: Marketing & Communications Executive Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to support events, manage collateral, and coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves planning, executing, and tracking marketing initiatives for timely, high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: Support industry engagement events, including conferences, launches, and Bi-annual Technical Meetings (BTM). Assist business units in developing communication materials such as brochures, websites, presentations, and posters. Manage external vendors for events, collateral production, video content, and corporate gifts. Plan, create, and manage content across multiple channels, including eNewsletters, videos, and social media. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align timelines, deliverables, and messaging for campaigns and events. Oversee project planning, maintain calendars, task trackers, and workback schedules for smooth execution. Provide project management support, including meeting coordination, progress tracking, and proactive follow-ups with stakeholders and vendors.
Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with strong project management skills, including multitasking, budgeting, and attention to detail. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changes. Strong written and verbal communication, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and driving tasks to completion. Other Information Work Location:
