Job responsibilities: -Sales and account management to achieve project revenue targets for M&E and event services in Singapore - Identify and pursue new M&E business opportunities in Singapore
Responsibilities: -Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and meeting and events industries -Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals -Collaborate internally with teams in Singapore (sales, operations, finance) to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction -Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our services and generate leads -Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions -Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management -Conceptualize, plan, and manage various types of events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and corporate meetings -Develop marketing and promotional materials for events in collaboration with his/her team -Ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain necessary permits for events -Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in meeting and events business in Singapore
Requirements: -3+ years of experience in hospitality or event sales -Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience -Knowledge in Microsoft Office -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets -Knowledge of the Meeting and Events industry in Singapore -Cultural sensitivity and understanding of business practices in Singapore -Strategy development -Excellent networking and relationship-building skills -Outstanding communication and presentation skills
