GC13434048 Financial Controller (Prior Big 4/Manufacturing exp), Singapore

The Company Be part of a Listed Global Manufacturer with innovative product offering well positioned for success. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join the dynamic finance team in Singapore.
The Role Reporting to the CFO and managing a team, you will be responsible for leading month-end reporting for multiple entities in Asia, supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, providing timely insights on performance against budget, cash flow forecasting, managing all banking documentation, queries, and relationships. Other key areas include overseeing secretarial, taxation, and ensuring compliance and timely submission on tax and statutory matters. Liaise with banks, auditors, and statutory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Review and update policies and procedures to drive efficiency and compliance. Lead initiatives to improve financial systems, processes, and reporting accuracy. Collaborate closely with regional accounting and finance teams to ensure alignment and best practices. Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Lead projects that enhance financial performance and operational excellence. Demonstrated ability to influence at senior management level and contribute to strategic business discussions. Provide senior-level guidance to business leaders, ensuring financial considerations are embedded in commercial and operational decisions.
Your Profile To qualify for this role, you must have a Degree in Accounting with minimally 12 years of relevant work experience with the initial years spent in a Big 4 firm followed by commercial firms within the manufacturing industry. It is essential to have strong knowledge of IFRS standards and solid understanding of APAC tax regulations with proficiency in MS Office SAP ERP experience. We are looking for a finance leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven track record of managing complex financial tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
