We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused
Beautician
to join our team at Shugar Prestige (Paragon). You will provide professional facial and beauty treatments, maintain service excellence, and support customer retention. Key Responsibilities
Provide facial treatments (cleansing, extraction, mask, basic skincare routine)
Operate beauty equipment (training provided if needed)
Skin analysis and recommend suitable treatment plans/products
Maintain treatment room hygiene and comply with SOP/NEA standards
Deliver excellent customer service and aftercare advice
Support sales of packages/products with professional consultation (non-hard sell)
Requirements
Relevant experience in facial / beauty / aesthetics preferred
Certified in beauty therapy / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC is an advantage (not compulsory)
Good communication skills able to speak basic English (Mandarin is a plus)
Positive attitude, service-minded, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work weekends/public holidays (rotational)
