The Operational ResidencyEngineer may perform the following over the duration of the engagement: Administration: Monitors, reviews, andmanages Dell EMC PowerEdge servers. . Manages userrequests. . Manages andreviews log files. . Generates regularoperational reports. Problem Management: Isolates and troubleshootsincidents. . Performs serviceincident coordination. . Opens servicerequests on behalf of the Customer. . Participates inroot cause analysis review Change Management: . Performsfirmware/driver management assistance and collaboration. . Implements changemanagement requests. . Continual ServiceImprovement: . Recommendsprocedure changes that result in operational optimization. Technical skills: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Windows, Vmware, DELL server hardware setup, DELL IDRAC Working experience on storage and backup systems Redhat Linux skills will be a plus. Min. Diploma in IT.
