The Overseas Procurement Department is an essential component of Tencent's global operations, managing procurement processes on an international scale. It acquires resources and ensures efficient functioning of Tencent's global initiatives by sourcing and securing necessary materials and services.

The Tencent Overseas Procurement Team leads and manages global procurement operations and strategic sourcing across international regions. Through active sourcing of suppliers and agencies, negotiation and relationship management, the candidate will drive operational excellence to support Tencent’s global business objectives.

• Oversee the procurement operation and commercial management of AI GPU, Cloud service, and AI model projects, including progress management, demand management, commercial negotiations, price management, contract management, and issue management during execution.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with the business development strategy; manage supplier development, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Collect and analyze market trends and changes to provide a basis for procurement decisions.
• Streamline and diagnose processes, promoting cross‑team problem‑solving.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain management for IDC/Server/AI Procurement etc.
• Prefer 2+ years of procurement experience working locally.
• Experience in independently managing procurement projects and deep knowledge of the procurement field.
• Outstanding business negotiation skills; passionate, resilient, meticulous, and high‑stress tolerance.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills, logical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and document editing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Demonstrated learning ability, communication skills, problem analysis, resolution abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
