Key Responsibilities . Drive store sales targets and profitability . Manage, train, and motivate the sales team . Develop sales strategies and promotional plans . Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and customer retention . Oversee inventory management and stock control . Ensure excellent customer experience and brand consistency .
