Job Title: Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive Location: 6 Chin Bee Ave (Boon Lay/Lakeside) ..... (Company will move to new place in 2027 - still finding office (either North or West))..... Working Days: 5. 5 days Mon - Fri Sat Working hours : 9am -6pm | 9am - 1pm (Sat) Salary : $2800-$3400 About the Role Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, billing processes, and supporting financial reporting. Responsibilities Process invoices accurately and promptly.
Amend and update invoices (pricing changes, customer information, credit notes).
Issue Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN).
Manage cash flow and maintain financial records.
Handle cash collections from the delivery team.
Perform daily banking-in and reconciliation.
Attend to incoming calls and provide administrative support.
Liaise with HQ on accounting and finance matters.
Prepare monthly statements (SOA) for customers and management reports.
Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
Perform data entry and filing of accounting documents.
Assist with month-end closing.
Prepare documents for audits.
Manage petty cash and reimbursements.
Undertake ad hoc administrative or finance-related duties.
Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Diploma or A-Level qualification.
