Assistant Preschool Teacher (Part-Time/Full-Time)
to deliver engaging Montessori education in a supportive environment, fostering young children's growth and learning through a carefully crafted curriculum. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in delivering Montessori-based learning activities that promote holistic development for children aged 18 months to 6 years Communicate clearly in spoken and written English to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Manage classroom activities independently with minimal supervision to maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment Collaborate proactively with the teaching team to innovate and enhance educational practices Take initiative and stay motivated to achieve positive learning outcomes for children Participate actively in training and professional development, including in-house Montessori training if untrained Support children's social and emotional development by fostering a caring and inclusive classroom atmosphere Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of an international student community Maintain a positive, dynamic, and mature approach to all teaching responsibilities Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working with young children to improve classroom engagement and learning effectiveness Relevant teaching experience in early childhood education settings Passion for teaching and enjoyment in working with young children Availability to start work immediately
