The Opportunity: Permanent Role Office Location: Central transport pickup SG Islandwide Work Hours: Mon to Fri $4,500 - $5,300 Basic + AWS + VB Adecco is partnering with a Global Micro Connectors Manufacturer to look for Manufacturing Engineer with Mechanical Background to handle project expansion.
The Job: Troubleshoot and resolve daily production and process-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations Lead, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement initiatives (CIP) to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency Manage quality-related issues in collaboration with QA using structured methodologies such as QRQC and Lean principles Partner closely with Engineering and R&D teams to support timely industrialization and transfer of new processes and technologies into production Drive operational excellence by meeting company KPIs, yield targets, and internal PPM goals Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, TPM, SMED, Six Sigma) to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions The Talent Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment Hands-on maintenance and process improvement experience with FMEA, SPC, and Lean methodologies Next Step Interested applicants, please send your resume to
