What The Role Is
As a Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to the public. Through hands-on experience and targeted training, you will develop strong customer service skills while managing and directing public enquiries. What You Will Be Working On
The jobholder shall be responsible for managing the Service Counter, with key duties including:
1. Visitor Management
Welcome and greet visitors in a professional manner Listen attentively to understand visitors' needs Direct visitors to the appropriate services or departments Manage visitor flow and queues effectively
2. Digital Service Support Assist visitors in using self-service kiosks Guide visitors through online reporting processes Provide clear, step-by-step assistance for digital services
3. Service Advisory Provide accurate information on police services and procedures Respond to general enquiries with professionalism Escalate complex cases to supervisors where necessary Handle basic complaints with tact and professionalism
4. Data Protection Maintain strict confidentiality of information Handle personal data in accordance with data protection guidelines Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
5. Administrative Support Assist with general administrative duties Support other counter operations as required Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of service areas

REQUIREMENTS
Strong command of English and mother tongue languages Effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Customer centric with proactive, positive, and 'can-do' attitude Able to work independently with minimal supervision
