Project Management Officer, Singapore

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant working experience Experience in IT Project Management or PMO roles Good understanding of banking operations, including loans, deposits, accounting, and customer information systems Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: FX, Money Market (MM), Derivatives, Bonds, and Payments Experience working on multinational projects or within global teams Strong skills in creating business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams using tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Banking or financial industry experience is preferred Responsibilities Coordinate and support project activities together with the Project Manager Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting materials, and status updates Facilitate meetings, workshops and project discussions Support project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, documentation, and implementation Understand business requirements, system architecture, and solution design Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across project teams
