Accountant, Singapore

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our company's financial operations, including payroll, the director's personal tax and expense records, and the accounts of our subsidiary company. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Handle all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets. Manage the director's personal tax returns, expense records, and other financial matters. Oversee and manage the accounts of the subsidiary company, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and financial controls. Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions. Handle any other accounting-related tasks as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, with experience in payroll processing and tax preparation. Experience managing accounts for multiple entities, including subsidiary companies. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
