provided Key Responsibilities/Duties: Greet members and visitors in a warm and friendly manner as they enter the gym. Assist members with inquiries regarding membership plans, class schedules, equipment usage, etc. Provide assistance to prospects and highlight key features and amenities. Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Monitor gym facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Respond to member feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed. Administrative duties - maintain accurate records of member interactions, transactions, and feedback in the gym's database. Requirements: Passionate in Fitness. Possesses a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics. Able to commit to shifts work including PH/weekends. Pro-active, work well independently and in a team. Performing basic administrative duties - good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy. Provide exceptional customer service.
