Summary
The Supervisor / Senior Supervisor is responsible in planning, supervising, co-ordinates repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure high equipment availability and reliability with safety and optimum cost.
Duties And Responsibilities
Plan, co-ordinates, and execution on with servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance to comply with safety to ensure minimum downtime Recommend overhaul of equipment to ensure no disruption to operations, best rectification proposal Provide supervision to supervisor/ Maintenance Technician Ensures troubleshooting, rectification, and re-activation of equipment to avoid delays and downtime during breakdown maintenance Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures Ensures safety policies, practices and good housekeeping are enforced Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head
Requirements
Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic Preferably with relevant working experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electronic & Pneumatic Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 driving license and above
