Support origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions Lead a team, develop pitch books, information memoranda, and marketing materials Build and review financial models for valuation and scenario analysis Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-level research Participate in due diligence processes and manage data rooms Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders during transactions Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members and interns
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline 4+ years of experience in investment banking or relevant advisory roles Strong grounding in financial modelling and valuation techniques Solid understanding of capital markets and corporate finance concepts High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
