JD- Electrical Service Engineer, Singapore

. Documentation & Reporting: . Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions. . Prepare and submit detailed reports on findings, repairs, and service schedules. . Maintain an inventory of electrical components and tools. . Monitor progress on the works carried out and coordinate with customer and shipyard on site during Repair and Commissioning Job. . Prepare timesheets and service report upon completion of all works and ensure all document is properly endorsed/verified by customer and uploaded to sever on time. . Collaboration & Coordination: . Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to understand service requirements. . Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for spare parts and service tools. . Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective project execution. . Continuous Improvement: . Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies, techniques, and industry best practices. . Attend training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge. . Contribute ideas for improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
