Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of M&E systems for building and infrastructure projects. Support M&E engineers in conducting site inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E installations. Work with AutoCAD and other software to prepare technical drawings and documentation. Assist in reviewing project specifications, blueprints, and engineering reports. Conduct research and analysis on industry best practices and new technologies in M&E engineering. Participate in project meetings and provide support in coordination with various stakeholders, including contractors and consultants. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all M&E operations. Document project progress and prepare reports for management review.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent Basic understanding of M&E systems, including HVAC, lighting, electrical power distribution, and fire protection systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other M&E design software is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Due to the sensitive nature of the project, only Singaporean candidates will be considered
