Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the purchasing function and ensure smooth procurement activities Lead and support buyers in
supplier negotiations and contract discussions Review purchasing decisions, purchase orders, and vendor agreements to ensure compliance and value Establish, maintain, and improve
procurement policies and SOPs Supervise, guide, and evaluate procurement team performance Act as the
first point of contact
for supplier escalations related to delivery and cost issues Plan and coordinate facility events, Kaizen activities, and operational initiatives Lead and execute cost-saving and procurement optimization projects Organize and prioritize procurement projects using structured management tools Monitor and report
purchase price variance (PPV)
on a daily basis Prepare forecasting and financial reports for weekly and monthly business reviews Identify and drive indirect cost savings initiatives Collaborate closely with cross-functional and site teams to ensure operational alignment Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing Familiarity with SAP system preferred Strong Excel proficiency Self-driven with strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Apply Now Send your resume to
