Machine Learning Researcher, Singapore

Overview We are looking for a ML Research Engineer to join the AI Product team.This role is ideal for someone who: Has strong ML / DL fundamentals Is excited about LLMs, VLMs, and Agentic AI Wants to work on real-world, production-impact AI systems You will work closely with experienced researchers to build cutting-edge AI solutions and bring them into production.
Responsibilities Develop solutions using LLMs and VLMs to solve real-world enterprise problems Design and build Agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning workflows Conduct experiments: Data preparation Model training & evaluation Performance validation Build prototypes / POCs to test new ideas quickly Collaborate with product and engineering teams to productionise models Deliver projects with clear business impact and measurable outcomes
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field Strong foundation in
deep learning fundamentals : Optimization methods, Loss functions, Model architectures, Training dynamics Hands-on experience with
transformer-based models
(CV or NLP) Strong programming skills (Python + solid DSA fundamentals)
