The Beauty Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a beauty salon or wellness centre. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and service quality. Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management Oversee day-to-day salon operations Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained Manage appointment scheduling and workflow efficiency 2. Staff Management Recruit, train, and supervise beauty therapists and support staff Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching 3. Customer Service Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business 4. Sales & Business Development Meet sales targets and increase revenue Promote beauty services and products Develop marketing strategies, promotions, and packages 5. Inventory & Budget Control Monitor stock levels and order supplies Manage budgets, expenses, and pricing strategies Ensure proper use of products and minimize waste 6. Compliance & Standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain licensing and certification requirements Keep up with industry trends and new treatments
