: Customer Financial Service Representative Location
: Stationed in the FedEx APAC Financial Service Center, Singapore. Responsibilities : Perform Collection and improve AR performance of APAC customers Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer AP/Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance Following up with customer for payment via phone calls Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection Requirements : Diploma or degree holder. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in written and spoken Korean language as candidate will be covering Korea market. (in order to liaise with the Korean speaking associates) A team player with good customer service skills and results driven. Good planning, organizational, problem solving and communication skills are essential. Position required Korean speaking agent
