Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to corporate clients by managing their orders and requests from start to finish. Address customer inquiries in a timely manner, covering areas such as quotations, service assistance, and documentation needs. Prepare and issue accurate quotations to clients, ensuring quick turnaround times. Generate and submit necessary documents required by clients, tailored to their internal management systems. Regularly update clients on the status of their orders and provide shipping schedule information. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of spare parts price lists for client reference. Coordinate with customers, forwarding agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely shipment execution. Assist customers with customs-related inquiries by providing required documentation. Collaborate closely with internal departments to address customer concerns and implement effective solutions. Requirements: Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent Minimum 3 - 5 years of customer service and shipping experience Customer-focused with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
