Job Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant. Present the beverage and dessert menu, make recommendations, and take accurate orders. Prepare and serve beverages (juices, smoothies) and desserts (ice cream) promptly and courteously. Maintain presentation and quality standards for all items served. Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and polite manner. Process bills and handle payments accurately at the counter. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the beverage and dessert station. Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Collect guest feedback and report to management to improve service quality. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations. Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the Director or Chef. Requirements: No prior experience required fresh applicants are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
