Job Title: Data Scientist Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to analyze complex data, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, along with proficiency in programming and data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for analysis. Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms. Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. Continuously monitor and improve model performance. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
Prior experience in Public Services will be ideal (optional) Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, stepping in to solve problems directly when needed. Proficient in Regression Models Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
