Responsibilities To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on the shop drawings/ samples/ method statement and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes. To attend project/technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner/consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly. To verify the work done on site is in accordance with the approved drawings/ specifications/ authorities requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance. Conduct weekly M&E meeting with the M&E sub-contractors to ensure that their work is in proper sequence and ensure that the site supervisors are aware of the work sequence so as to avoid clashes of site activities. To resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractor/supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress. To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit. To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework including permit to work.
