Work location: Toa Payoh Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours Salary: up to $4500 per month
9 months contract Job Scope: Manage and process appeals and non-appeals from stakeholders (e.g. feedback, complaints, queries) Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth case resolution Investigate service issues and ensure effective resolution Prepare regular reports and dashboards on service quality metrics Analyse trends and identify opportunities for process improvement Support or lead service quality improvement initiatives Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
