Job Summary You will support kitchen operations by preparing stations, maintaining cleanliness, managing ingredient lists, and collaborating closely with the Sous Chef/Chef to deliver precise, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support daily kitchen operations by executing assigned tasks with focus and discipline Clean, inspect, and maintain kitchen tools, equipment, and workspaces to meet hygiene and functionality standards Compile and organize daily ingredient and order lists to assist the Chef's planning and inventory management Prepare and maintain mise en place to ensure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service Communicate clearly and listen actively to coordinate effectively with team members during service Manage stress and maintain composure to perform efficiently under fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen conditions Apply thorough knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene practices to maintain a safe kitchen environment Demonstrate reliability by consistently arriving on time and fulfilling responsibilities Observe details proactively to identify and address kitchen needs before they arise
