Job Summary Lead and coordinate construction site activities to ensure quality delivery within deadlines while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards. Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and professionals to resolve issues and support recruitment and training efforts. Responsibilities Lead and supervise site works to ensure quality outcomes and timely completion of contracted tasks Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver construction projects within strict deadlines Monitor construction processes and conduct equipment, material, and routine site inspections to maintain standards Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff to align project progress Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met Stay updated on safety codes and construction advancements to enforce compliance and best practices Provide training and team-building sessions to enhance workforce skills and cohesion Assist in recruiting and training new staff to support project needs Resolve worksite issues promptly and effectively to maintain workflow and project timelines Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times on site Required competencies and certifications Minimum 8 years' experience in the construction sector Possess Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BSCC) certificate Certificate in Lifting Supervisor Ability to work on holidays and night shifts to support project demands Proficient in English to communicate effectively with customers and main contractors Ability to attend customer calls and resolve issues professionally Preferred competencies and qualifications None explicitly stated Other Information None
