Your impact
We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Architectural Assistant. This role will support a wide range of major industrial, infrastructure, and healthcare projects, playing a key role in both permitting management and architectural coordination.
This role offers excellent exposure to end-to-end project delivery, working closely with project architects, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Support Lead Architects and Architect QPs in design compliance and technical detailing Coordinate and track all permitting activities across project phases, ensuring timely submissions and approvals Liaise with clients, project managers, and government agencies (e.g. NEA, SCDF, BCA, JTC, PUB) to meet regulatory and project requirements Prepare, review, and submit documentation for regulatory compliance Maintain accurate permit schedules, records, and deadlines, managing tight timelines independently Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, including authority officers Prepare and maintain minutes of meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities Manage and track all incoming and outgoing submissions and correspondences. Ensure proper distribution and version control of approved drawings and documents Assist in architectural drawings and documentation (AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Bentley OpenBuildings Designer, etc.) Support preparation of reports, presentations, and submission packages Collaborate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and permitting issues Proactively identify risks in design and permitting processes and propose mitigation strategies Support audits and inspections related to design compliance and permitting Ensure all documentation aligns with project procedures and quality standards
Here's what you'll need
To be a succesful candidate, you shall possess
Minimum Diploma in Architecture. At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Assistant. Experience in in industrial/infrastructure projects would be an added advantage Knowledge of Singapore permitting processes, codes, and regulations. Experience of liaising with government authorities and consultants will be an added advtange Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools (Revit, Bentley, etc.); Bentley OpenBuildings Designer experience is an advantage. Familiarity with CORENET 2.0 / CORENET X, ESPro, and authority submission processes. Experience in documentation systems (e.g. SharePoint, ProjectWise, Microsoft Office). Good organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams. Experience supporting presentations and visual materials.
