Personal Driver to Group Chairman, Singapore

Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide chauffeuring services for the Group Chairman for all official meetings, events, and personal appointments as required. Plan routes in advance, considering traffic conditions, roadworks, and timing constraints. Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness (interior and exterior) and ensure that it is always in excellent working condition. Coordinate regular vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairs, and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records. Assist with running errands, transport of documents, deliveries, or other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Chairman or Executive Office. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information or during conversations overheard in the course of duties. Monitor and manage daily schedules, adjusting driving plans as necessary due to changes or urgent requests. Provide courteous service, ensuring comfort, safety, and a seamless experience for the Chairman at all times

Job Requirements Valid class 3 license with clean driving records At least 2 years' experience of personal driver Able to communicate in English Experience driving luxury cars and MPV
